Our story
Founded in 2018 by illustrator Mara Vale, CipherSketch Studio began as a weekly table where artists compared process, not polish. The school grew online while keeping that original promise: every lesson should make looking more precise and practice more welcoming.
Our mission
We help people build a durable drawing practice through observation, structure, reflection, and experimentation. We do not promise instant mastery; we provide clear tools for meaningful progress.
